Just three miles from the old Welsh market town of Dolgellau with its quaint shops and restaurants it’s the perfect base to explore this magical part of Southern Snowdonia famous for its steam railways and castles. With the Torrent and Precipice Walks almost on the doorstep golf course at Dolgellau and the Mawddach Cycle Trail to Barmouth with its miles of sandy beaches and quaint harbour.
