COSY, YET CONTEMPORARY, BARN ON A WORKING FARM WITH SEA GLIMPSES FROM THE PATIO These lovely barn conversions are situated close to the owner's farmhouse at the end of a long private drive benefitting from wonderful countryside views. You can stroll out directly from the farm on many circular walks. Cliff top and costal walks can be accessed via a 3 mile walk from the property along rugged terrain but your efforts will be rewarded by the breathtaking views of Hartland Point and Welcome. At the end of the day, enjoy a meal at a local village pub or relax with a BBQ in the garden. Conveniently placed on the Devon/Cornwall border, you will be within a 30 minute drive from the North Cornish town of Bude with its numerous sandy beaches ideal for all to enjoy from sunbathing to surfing. Many other Cornish attractions are within easy reach including Tintagel, the village of Padstow, the Eden Project and the many sandy beaches around the Camel Estuary. On the Devon side there is also a wealth of nearby attractions which include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, and many coastal towns and villages including Clovelly, Bideford and Westward Ho! The local village of Hartland which was originally a Georgian market town offers traditional family pubs and shops as well as a wealth of history including Hartland Abbey and quay. Both barn conversions have been refurbished to a very high standard and retain much of their original charm and character.
