Ideally situated to tour the whole of Dorset and the many attractions the county has to offer including the seaside town of West Bay, markets in Bridport and numerous National Trust properties. If all this is just too much then simply relax in your enclosed garden and admire the views after a day at the beach. The New Inn Pub and Eype's Mouth Hotel serve bar and restaurant food both within walking distance. This recently renovated 300 year old character cottage has all modern amenities and furnishings, offering TWO bedrooms: 1 double with far reaching views and 1 twin. A perfect base for a relaxing holiday or for exploring both Dorset and Somerset. There is so much to see and do in the area with beaches to the North and South as well as a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes which include: Sherborne Castle, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Longleat Safari Park, Montacute House, Yeovilton Air Museum, to name but a few. In the evenings, enjoy the lovely views from the patio with seating or visit one of the rustic traditional pubs close by, serving good food. Cosy very comfortable and full of character it is set on the Dorset Devon and Somerset border – an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the South West. Lyme Regis with its sandy beach elegant Sidmouth and Honiton's antique shops and street market are all within 10 miles. The area affords excellent walking there are golf courses nearby and N.T. properties within easy reach. Yeovil and Taunton 20 miles. Shop 1½ miles pub/restaurants 3 miles.
