Set in the small hamlet of Bradwell, these cosy but luxurious cottages are nestled in the beautiful gardens of the cottage where the owner lives and a warm welcome awaits you, but your privacy is assured. These properties are situated in the North Devon countryside and provide an idyllic country retreat, but are only 3 miles from Woolacombe with its surfing beach and lively nightlife. Also nearby are the Blue Flag beaches of Saunton and Croyde, the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe and many local towns and villages. Feel free to explore the surrounding countryside or enjoy a leisurely drive to Exmoor National Park. Come back and relax on your private patio. Shared utility room: outhouse close to the property with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Regret strictly no smoking in or around the property. Regret no pets or babies/children. Location: pub with restaurant 1 mile, village shop 1.5 miles, Willingcott 18 hole golf course 0.5 miles. Beach 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm. An upside-down cottage renovated to a high standard. Enter the cottage downstairs where you will find ONE bedroom: double with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area situated upstairs with TV and DVD. Custom-built pine kitchen offers oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with icebox. Outside: off the lounge enjoy the countryside views from your secluded private patio with seating and small BBQ. Amenities: central heating an extra £20 per week (October - end April) payable to the owner on arrival, for short breaks central heating is calculated pro-rata.
