In a quiet location just yards from the sandy beach this immaculate property is furnished with flair and enjoys sea views (pictured) from both its sitting room and bedroom. The perfect place to come and relax! Adjoining the owners' home sharing their pretty gardens it is within 500 yards of pubs restaurants shops and a sailing and water sports centre. Nearby Appledore boasts a Maritime Museum and craft shops. Boating and fishing trips with day excursions to Lundy Island operate from Bideford (3 miles). The adjacent Tarka Trail offers level coastal walking and cycling. Eden Project 1½ hours' drive.
Kitchen/dining room. First floor: Attractive sitting room with electric 'coal effect' fire. Twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
