External stairs to first floor entrance. Spacious sitting/dining room with wood burner and rugs on wooden floor. Well equipped modern kitchen. Two steps down to double bedroom with canopied bed TV and sloping beamed ceiling. Beamed bathroom/W.C. with roll top bath and shower over.
