With a series of bridle and footpaths winding past the property, ideal for keen walkers or just a general stroll in the summer evenings. There is much to see and explore, as well as being able to enjoy a popular local pub within a 15 minute walk or the award winning gastro pub, Jack in the Green, just a short drive. The popular East Devon beaches are a short drive and offer a range of sheltered coves and sandy beaches, with the Jurassic Coastline also being a short drive littered with some picturesque towns and villages. The historic regional City of Exeter with its vast array of shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema, theatre and leisure activities is again just a short drive from the property and the perfect place to pick up a memento of your stay. With a wealth of local attractions from Crealy Devon, Bicton Park, numerous National Trust properties and gardens and much more, there is something for everyone. The East Devon beaches are a short drive away with their sheltered coves, sandy and pebble beach’s, coastal walking or a stroll along the prom' at Sidmouth. The Jurassic Coast provides plenty of fossil hunting and the National Trust at nearby Killerton House and Bicton Gardens make a great day out. The nearby town of Exeter has facilities to suit all tastes with its ancient Cathedral, remaining Roman wall and modern shopping centre.
