Take the ferry ride, which is close by, to Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, cinemas, theatre, sports facilities, shops and pubs. You will also be close to many of Cornwall's most popular attractions which are a nice drive and include Mount Edgecombe Park, Launceston Steam Railway, Tamar Otter Park, Bodmin Moor and gaol, Jamaica Inn and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
